1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. For Creators

• You must securely connect authentic social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok).
• Payouts are strictly tied to verified views reported by official API endpoints.
• You agree to abide by the brief guidelines submitted by Brands.

3. For Brands

• You must fund your escrow wallet before campaigns are launched.
• Funds are securely held and automatically distributed to creators based on verified performance.
• Unused escrow funds can be withdrawn subject to platform processing times.

4. API & Data Usage

Diskovah utilizes official APIs (e.g., Meta Graph API, TikTok API) to verify account ownership and content performance. We do not share your private access tokens with any third parties.
